Alloy Head -
What Not To Clean It With
These photos show a customers cylinder head. It was brought to us after being chemically cleaned by the customers local engineers. We obviously could not salvage this head - there are limits to our miracles, but thankfully we were able to supply a good second hand equivalent which eased the pain. Alloy does not like being cleaned with nitric acid, you must only use degreaser.
