By placing an order with us, it is assumed you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Please Read Prior To Placing An Order

If you do not type in the correct web advertised price into our order form, the system will automatically put 1.00 in as the price.  Our orders are manually retrieved by a human from our secure server and they are entered into our accounts system by hand, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE WEB ADVERTISED PRICE for your item - YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS FOR 1.00.  Please also note that web prices are subject to postage & also subject to VAT for EEC sales, these will be added to your order before despatch.

1] Please Ensure You Fill Out Every Part Of The Secure Order Form As Fully As Possible
2] Only Type Numerical Values Into The Quantity Box, If You Type "1 Pair" Into The Quantity Box, The Quantity Will Be Submitted as "1", If You Simply Type "Pair" Into The Quantity Box The Item May Be Excluded From The Order.  Please Check Our Partslist, If An Item Is Sold As A Pair, Type The Quantity Of "1", If An Item Is Sold Individually & You Want A Pair, Please Type The Quantity "2" Etc
3] Use The "Calculate Cost" Button To See If Our Form Will Submit An Item Onto The Order, If The Far Right "Total" Column Is Blank, That Item Will Not Be Submitted, (A Total Of NaN Is OK, NaN Items Are Submitted Onto The Order)
4] Do Not Insert Spaces Into The Credit Card Card Number Box Or You Will Receive An Error
5] If You Experience Any Problems With Linking To, Or Using Our New Form, Please Email Us At norton@norvilmotorcycle.co.uk.  If You Still Have Problems, We Do Accept Orders Sent By Standard Email Too.

Payment is Not Taken Until Your Goods Are Ready For Despatch.  We accept all of the payment methods that have an icon at the top of this page.  We also accept sterling cash, sterling cheques & direct bank transfers, (please see our Terms & Conditions Of Sale for our banking details).  Please Supply The EXACT Name & Address Of The Credit Card Holder In EXACTLY The Way It Appears On The Credit Card Statement.  To Help In The Fight Against Fraud, All Payments From Customers Made By Credit Card, Will Undergo Additional Manual Security Checks.

We keep 99% of the spares listed on our web site in stock at any one time.  Our website is not a "live" system that indicates which items are in stock at any one time.  Please advise us what you would like us to do with your order, (send what we have or wait till the order is complete), if any items are not available when we process your order.

3] Overseas Customers Paying By Credit Card - Click To Go Back To List
After you place an order with us you often need to contact your card issuer and inform them that we will be debiting your credit card.  Many issuers are not automatically authorizing overseas payments due to increasing fraud & we find that cards are declined more often now despite there being no other reason, than your issuer not being aware that you are ordering overseas.

4] What Strange Things Can Happen When Placing A Secure Order - Click To Go Back To List
Any blank price values, on your secure order form, simply mean the computer did not understand the format in which you typed your individual price for the item (i.e. you inserted a "£" or "," in the price for example).  The item will still appear on the secure order form and will be processed as normal.  If you do not supply the correct email address you will not get a confirmation of your order.  If you do not get a confirmation of your order for whatever reason, please advise us as soon as possible as we may not have received confirmation of your order either.  Please ensure you supply your CORRECT card expiry date when placing secure orders - this is the main problem we have with processing customer orders.  Do not type any alpha characters into the quantity box as this will cause the form to be refused, only numerical value are acceptable in the quantity field e.g. typing "1" is OK, typing "one" is not.

5] Postage & Packing - Click To Go Back To List
Our secure order form does not allow you to calculate the post and packing costs for your goods, we will do this for you.  Please remember that physically large items and/or heavy items mean higher postage charges.  The minimum postage & packing charge of £3 will apply to small orders.  If you wish to get an estimate of your postage costs please contact us prior to ordering.  If you live in the UK, you can find an estimate of the postage costs in our Terms & Conditions Of Sale For UK.  If you live overseas, there are many variables to consider and each parcel is worked out individually.

6] Email Orders - Click To Go Back To List
We do accept orders placed via email, however, this method is not guaranteed to be secure and so credit card numbers and personal details may be open to attack from hackers.  If you are concerned about the issues raised with email communication, please use our secure ordering facility.  Existing customers who have had no change in credit card details since their last order can order via email by quoting their account reference, we do not need your card details again.
